Lots of creasing

I ordered one in June that arrived rolled but the second time around it wasnโ€™t and itโ€™s riddled with creasing.

Tahina, Our coloring tablecloths all come folded unless you upgrade to a rolled tube shipping as it states in the listing as well as at checkout. Your previous order was not a tablecloth but a small runner which is shipped rolled regardless because it is small. The tablecloths when shipped rolled are considered oversized mail by the postal service hence the required upgrade for a tube that you have the option of choosing at checkout. Hopefully the kids loved coloring it regardless. In the future, you can always opt for the digital file and print yourself if you do not want to pay for the shipping tube upgrade but would still like it without creases. Have a wonderful day!
