It was expensive & I paid for rush shipping but I believed that It was worth it since I have used this company multiple times in the past and recommended it to numerous people. Not the companies fault but it was delayed way longer than expected I guess from the weather. I am more upset because when I checked in & i was told it would definitely be here on time since I paid for priority shipping and that was false. After I contacted the company a second time saying I didn’t receive it at the Time I was supposed to (on Friday) the only thing they could do ( response 1 hour before my party ) was to send me the template to go somewhere and print it myself. I obviously ran out of time and that would have costed me more $ so that option was not even possible . The least they could have done was refund me for the shipping. But I received the item on the following Tuesday ( was supposed to be the Friday before) so now I just have an item I’ll never be able to use.
