Hello, We did email you several times with the design proof of your custom design. When you did not respond we had to send it to you without approval or you would not have received anything by the noted party date. Also, you did opt for folded package shipping and not the shipping tube upgrade. Unfortunately we cannot control how the postal service handles our packages but you can always upgrade to a shipping tube at checkout if you do not want folds in your design.
